Design Build Stair Tower

With unique installation requirements, along with non-standard geometry, these stairs are a good showcase of Black Bear Steel’s abilities. Common to many of our customer's projects, whether you need a ship's ladder or a multi-story stair tower like this, we can help your team.

Marriott Hotel

A mixed-use hotel with complex structural and miscellaneous steel. This project involved close coordination with the GC and Erector for overcoming unique challenges that presented themselves during the design phase.

Community Bank

Local community bank branch with structural steel and connection design supplied by Black Bear Steel. We were able to meet a very aggressive schedule, maintain our quality standards, and allow our customer to meet their commitments.
